I know.
I haven't posted in a million years!
I have had nothing note worthy to talk about. And I haven't taken any pictures since our Disneyland trip.
Not even a single picture of Thanksgiving, or picking out/decorating our Christmas tree... criminal! Oh well.
This would be an upbeat update of the past few weeks.
Except I am in the worst mood ever!
Just minutes ago my sewing maching broke........... AGAIN........ For the billionth time since I got it 3 years ago.
And after almost a month of silence, this is all I can think to post about. Because this is infuriating!!
I'm sick thinking of how much money I have spent repairing this thing!
I'm sick thinking of how much money I have spent repairing this thing!
This isn't some junky machine I found at Goodwill. It was new and really nice! (or so I thought) What is the deal?
The sewing machine is my life-line. I might die without it. In fact, I'm already feeling a shortness of breath.
and does anyone have any idea what this means for Christmas this year???
I rely on this thing for gifts. I have projects up the wazoo ready to be finished.
THAT WON'T BE!!!
I
AM
SO
FRUSTRATED
and mad. I want to chuck the thing out the window! Instead I'm just going to cry. And I don't even have chocolate in the house to calm me down.
Hopefully our next visit shows a happier side of me, and not so disfunctional. But I guess that all depends on whether my machine gets fixed.

Kristina!!
I'm so sorry about your sewing machine!! What happened? Is it going to be expensive to repair? Anyway, I am really sorry and wish I lived closer so I could bring you some chocolate. By the way- I REALLY need to call you...I feel like we haven't chatted in forever!! I need your new address too so I can send you guys a Christmas card! LOVE YOU.
I totally understand! I made homemade french fries tonight for dinner and they would have been perfect if it wasn't for the fact that they all stuck to the pan. Okay, maybe not quiet the same, but I was really mad! Good thing I had about 60 chocolate chip peanut butter cookies on hand. So...if you need some chocolate still and want to borrow my sewing machine for any christmas projects (since I won't be using it) then come on over. I can hook you up!
I FEEL YA.... COME OVER AND USE MINE...WAIT IT IS TOO FAR...JUST ANOTHER THING TO ANNOY ME/YOU... TELL SHAWN TO BRING A BIG BAG OF LINDOR TRUFFLES HOME... THATS A START...
Truffles...I would bring some if I was there. I would also let you borrow my sewing machine as it is just sitting there at this moment! So sorry.
Wow! You are definitely a good writer. I could feel the anger and frustration flowing off my computer screen. Well done! Oddly enough...it made me miss you that much more! I know, I'm weird. I know you will get everything done that you need to...cause you are just that awesome!
So frustrating! And it's something that you love so much, and are so great at! Why won't it just cooperate with you. I'm thinking I got a lemon with mine too. It's supposed to be able to sew through wood~ but I can hardly get it to sew through 3 layers of cotton..and it sounds like it's eating metal every time I sew.
Hit it with a Baseball bat. It will make you feel better. Who knows it may start working again too.
