Oh we just love the Portland Zoo. We were going every month on "2 dollar Tuesday," and it was beginning to add up. It was cheaper for us to buy a membership than continue to go on Tuesdays. To be honest, it was actually cheaper to just stop going.... but that was out of the question! Thursday morning Grant woke up and the first words he said were "I want to go to the Zoo today," well, okay, lets go! It was such a beautiful (but cold) day! The animals thought so too, everyone was out enjoying the clear sky. Here are a few cute pictures.

SAT, I didn't know bears sat. Well, Grant looks like he's stuffed in the stroller, but it's really his bulky jacket. The polar bear put on quite a show for us. He was swimming back and forth in the pool.
The boys ran along the glass with him. Hardly any people were there, it was wonderful. Another great day!! And everyone said we wouldn't see the sun from Nov - May, huh?
