Shawn took me out to dinner on Friday.
He made a reservation at the Oregon Culinary Institute in Portland.
It was DE stinkin' LICIOUS!!
I'm sharing the menu so you can drool.
I'm sure our meal would have cost at least $80 out in the real world. It never crossed my mind that we were eating at a school. I felt like a queen..... eating food we would never be able to afford normally (and some food I've never even heard of). I'm pretty sure I want to enroll in their school now! Trust me, go, you'll like it. And invite us to come with you because I want to go again!

I'm so glad you loved it! We have been wanting to go but haven't found the time yet. But now that we know that's is so great, we'll need to get on that.
