On the River

We took a trip to the American River yesterday. Here's the kids in the raft...

These were taken right after they went down THIS rapid...

I'm only kidding. I would never let them raft down the rapids.... just play within feet of them.

Most of the day we had them tied to a rope. The water was dangerously high, but it was worth the risk.

Me and the kids

The boys collected a gazillion rocks for their rock collection. They've been collecting rocks to put in our rock tumbler... (if-and-when we get one). They have high hopes, and bags full of rocks!

We had a great day, just relaxing. I can wait to go back. Is today too soon?
